returns & refunds policy

we’re so grateful you’re here and appreciate your support of the conversation peace. since our products are made to order through a third-party provider (printful), returns and refunds are handled a little differently than traditional retail.


return window

our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. if 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.


what’s eligible for return

items may be eligible for return or replacement only if:

  • they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error

  • they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

to start a return request, please email: info@theconversationpeace.co with your order number and photos of the item.


non-returnable items

because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:

  • wrong size ordered (please double-check sizing before ordering)

  • buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • items marked as final sale or discounted

  • digital products or gift cards


manufacturing or shipping issues

if your item arrives damaged or there is a misprint, we’ll make it right. just reach out within 30 days of receiving your item and include:

  • a photo of the issue

  • your order number

  • a description of the problem

shipping issues such as delays or delivery problems are handled by printful, but we’re happy to help coordinate. email us at info@theconversationpeace.co with any concerns.


refunds

if your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process it.


gifts

if the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift card.
